GLP-1 · Peptides · Physician Partnership
A powerful tool.
Not always the starting point.
GLP-1 medications and peptide therapy can be genuinely transformative for the right person, at the right time, with the right nutritional foundation underneath them.

I did not just study this.
I lived it.
Over the course of a year, I experimented with peptide therapy myself, including micro-dose GLP-1 and GLP-3, while following a structured weight lifting regimen and keeping my nutrition as precise as I know how.
My body composition shifted meaningfully, and what peptide therapy did for my inflammation was remarkable. Chronic inflammation I had been carrying in my face, my joints, and my back began to quiet in ways I had not experienced through nutrition alone. That year gave me something no textbook can: firsthand understanding of what these therapies actually do, and what needs to be in place before they become a tool worth reaching for.
My Philosophy
GLP-1s as a tool,
not a replacement
I reach for a GLP-1 once I know I have a healthy body in front of me. These medications are extraordinary for the right candidate, but the right candidate matters enormously.
Before recommending any peptide or medication, I want to understand your gut health, hormones, thyroid, and metabolic markers. Your body needs to be in a position to respond well.
Nutrition dialed in. Exercise consistent. Still stuck. That is the profile where GLP-1 therapy genuinely earns its place as a tool rather than a shortcut.
Without proper nutritional support, GLP-1 users risk muscle loss, nutrient deficiencies, and rebound weight gain. My role is to make sure none of that happens.
Every client I support on a GLP-1 is building nutritional literacy and lifestyle habits designed to hold their results long after the medication ends.
Is This Right For You?
Who this is and is not for
GLP-1 and peptide support may be a fit if:
- You have been consistent with nutrition and exercise for a long time and still cannot lose weight
- You are already on a GLP-1 and want expert nutritional support to protect muscle and maximize results
- You are dealing with chronic inflammation alongside metabolic concerns
- You want nutrition and medicine working in sync, not in separate silos
This is likely not your starting point if:
- You have not yet addressed gut health, thyroid dysfunction, or hormone imbalances
- Your metabolic foundation has not been assessed yet. That is where we would begin.
Physician Partnership
Medicine and nutrition,
working as one
For clients who are candidates for GLP-1 medications, peptide therapy, or hormone replacement therapy, I work in close partnership with a physician I deeply trust: the team at MyFlow MD.
This is not a referral. It is a collaboration. Your medication protocol and your nutritional protocol are built together from day one. You are never handed off and left to navigate it alone.
MyFlow MD shares my root-cause philosophy. Together we build a plan that is cohesive, monitored, and adjusted as your body heals and responds.

Physician partnership access is discussed during your discovery call. Not every client will need it, but it is there when you do.
